The “Product” means the products supplied by the Restaurant to the Customer.

The “Order” means the Products which the Customer enters a contract to purchase through the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an Order from this Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All Orders are subject to availability. The minimum Order value must be met in order for a Customer to place an Order.

When You place an Order, You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail and/or webpage confirming receipt of the Order. This email and or webpage will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the Order. Our acceptance of an Order occurs when We send You a confirmation e-mail that the Products which You ordered have been dispatched to You, which is when the contract is formed. Only those Products listed sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

You may not place any Orders on Our website if you are under 18 years of age.

We do not accept Orders to a post code in which we do not deliver to. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. We will advise you by telephone communication with the provided telephone number on the Order should any Products be out of stock. At this point, You can choose to cancel your order or select an alternative replacement which will be agreed between You and Us. If an alternative replacement is chosen, the total price of the Order may be adjusted to reflect the amendment to the Order. If the Order is cancelled either by You or Us, a full refund will be issued to the account used to make the payment for the Order.

Please inform Us prior to ordering if you have an allergy. We cannot guarantee that any of the Products sold by Us are free of allergens.

The online Order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled through the Website. If You wish to cancel, modify, or complain about your Order, please call Us, details of which are on our Website.

The prices quoted on our Website are inclusive of VAT.

The price of the Products will be as listed on the Website at the time the Order is submitted on the Website. The price for your Order shall be deducted from your account at the time your Order is submitted. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notice at Our sole discretion.

If the Order is placed using a credit or debit card, the card must be valid on the date of your Order being placed. The Restaurant may provide no refunds to the Orders paid online. Contact Us directly to settle any payment dispute or refund claim.

We will aim to provide You with your Order as close as possible to your requested delivery or collection time but We cannot guarantee the delivery time in all cases. The Customer agrees to accept delivery of the Products at the agreed date, time and location of delivery. For Delivery Orders, the delivery time may be affected due to bad weather or traffic conditions. Where possible, We will try and contact You if We think that your Order may not reach the delivery address within 60 minutes of the requested delivery time, but in the event where We are unable to contact You, We will continue to proceed with the delivery and You will be charged for the full amount of your Order plus the delivery charge once the delivery of the Order is complete.

If the Customer is not present to receive the Product at the address given in the Order and the Customer does not respond to the telephone number given in the Order, within 5 minutes of the delivery driver’s arrival time, we reserve the right to charge You for the full amount of your order plus the delivery charge.

The Website may include content, information, or links to third parties. We are not liable for any damages or losses as a result of the use or misuse of material linked to the Website. We are not liable for any damages or losses as a result of the misuse of Customer data entered on the Website during the process of placing the Order on the Website. No liability can be accepted by Us in respect of any changes made to the content of the Website and/or process by unauthorized third parties.
